Brioche pudding

 

Ingrédients :

4 à 5  brioches rassies
50 g de fruits sec torréfies>
50 g de beurre
300 ml de lait
3 œufs
150 g de sucre en poudre
200  ml de crème liquide
Raisins sec

Préparation :

Préchauffer le four 180 °C.
Graisser un moule  avec un peu de beurre (vous pouvez utiliser des moules individuels).
Éliminer la croûte des brioches puis  les couper en petites tranches.
Chauffer le lait et verser  le sur les  brioches, laisser imbiber.

Battre les œufs avec le sucre et  la crème liquide puis les incorporer aux brioches .
Incorporer  les fruits secs et le reste du beurre fondu, saupoudrer de raisins sec.
Enfourner pendant 30 min.
Servir  tiède ou froid avec une crème anglaise.
